This tea is made with our own premium quality Organic Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), which contains a wide array of healthful properties. Nettle contains high levels of polyphenols and antioxidants which makes it a great herb for protecting and strengthening the immune system while helping to prevent chronic diseases related to inflammation. This herb is known to have a high nutritional content and is a natural diuretic. Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-4 minutes
