This tea is made with our own premium quality Pau D’Arco Bark (Tabebuia avellanedae), and makes an earthy tasting tea, with a woody, mild flavor. Caffeine-Free.

Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-4 minutes
